Modernist...
Material to hand and i can possibly see why you are having problems cutting it. The sample was a little bowed which i assume is not as the full sheet sizes.... it is actually quite soft and as you are cutting variations between 6 and 25 mm I would recommend a different blade for the thinner material than the thicker stuff. Neither of these are yet shown on the web site as they would come under the "special application" section which i have yet to complete. Lets establish that we can accommodate the average thicknesses to begin with. I am going to suggest a 250 x 30 3.0/2.2 Z=40 Negative alternate bevel. Part No 50100218. (£30 + carriage £6.50 + vat)(please confirm 30 mm bore size) When cutting have approximately 15 mm only above the cut. This may all be alien but I believe it will cure some of the problems. Keep the material moving smoothly through the cut....i appreciate with a sliding table saw that is not easy. You should see a difference immediately. if not take the blade off the machine and i will have a rethink. by taking the blade off i can use it as trial blade on another occasion as it will still be "new". if it doesnt work please return it and no charge will be made. I would really like to use a blade with severe negative hook angle and alternate bevels but the only one available is 80 tooth....that might be ok for the thinner material but probably not for the thicker. I can despatch the blade for trials when you confirm. CS

Thanks for that. I'll send you and order from work tomorrow. It is 30mm bore but I take it you are aware Hammer have a pair of drive pins through the blade.
I'm interested to see the result.
