Just to say that, following the flack of last week, Dave at Cutting Solutions has been most helpful in attempting to solve our sawing problem (still ongoing).
In addition I have bought a new 315/26 rip blade which is good with nice balance and plenty of tungsten. Tried it last night on 3" columbian and it cut well with a good finish
He also has been able to supply a solid Eurogroove moulding cutter for the 12.3mm square with 16.3mm flange to suit a 30mm spindle TC tipped at not a bad price. I finally weakened on that one as it would have been 3 passes each piece with adjustable groovers.
