Ian
Thanks for the Ripper blade. Looks a nice agressive blade, just waiting for bandsaw now.
We did have to pull straws to see who was going to cut the cable ties and release the thing!

Ian,
You should find no need to be embarrassed. I'm sure we all have our shortlists of suppliers who we like and give good service. But the person advice service that you provide and usually very quickly coupled with excellent products and rapid service really does make dragon a top company in every respect. If there is a slight negative then it is the ebay shop which I have scoured but not found the way to order a custom blade through that route. Not serious as the contact details enable the direct approach.

Ian Thanks for the Ripper blade. Looks a nice agressive blade, just waiting for bandsaw now. We did have to pull straws to see who was going to cut the cable ties and release the thing! It can look a bit frightening at first - especially if you're only used to seeing the standard blades. We have had one customer who said that it took him a week to build up the courage to uncoil it and fit it on the machine!!! Ian, You should find no need to be embarrassed. Bob Thanks Bob - we are only a small company and it's always good to hear that customers are happy with the service and products ;D The Ebay shop has been due for a revamp for ages but I just don't seem to get the time! Ideally we want a e-commerce web site but because of the cost then that's on the back burner for the time being. Ian
