supplier of sash pulleys 2¼"

Can someone help with a supplier of sash window pulleys, 2¼" brass wheel with a zinc or galv faceplate?

I've found Westward @ £7.20 each (I need 48) but hoped to find something cheaper on the net but no luck.

Ironmongery Direct don't do, Mighton are more expensive - only brass or chrome faceplate.

Does anyone have any ideas - thanks in advance

2¼" brass wheel with a zinc or galv faceplate is a funny spec. Is it something you've seen? Go for something different instead?
You could try John Pickard. Some brass ones have just a thin brass plate on the front held by the screws, which you could simply leave off.
Brass wheels don't last long if they get a lot of use. Cast iron are best but hard to find

Thanks for your help chaps but no dice. Just managed to get the £7.20 knocked down to £6.80 (WOW!).

Jacob - why such an odd spec? It's a large window (each sash approx 1100mm square) so 2¼" wheel, it's being painted so zinc faceplate, and choice of nylon or brass wheel - obviously brass!
