but with a tighter radius. The example above from Wealden is, in fact, the Trend cutter and reality bares little resemblance to the profile shown!

I've no doubt the forum police may shoot me down for this but here goes.
1. I can supply the standard profile No 008. Knives £3.50 each, Deflector £3.00 each nett.
2. IF...IF, your cutterhead can use 50 mm wide knives you could use standard profiles with 30 or 35 mm radius. Knives £8.90 each, Defelector £8.00 each.
3. I can get the 40 mm wide knives & deflectors profiled with whatever profile you want for £86.00 a set (2 knives, 2 deflectors)
