Does anyone use a felder combo machine? Just wondering how much hassle it is to change between machines?
Thanks

I had a Felder KF700 SP saw/spindle which was no hassle to change options, lower the saw blade below the table (less than a minute) lift shaper hood in position, remove captive rings, raise spindle (less than 2 minutes).
I also have a AD7410 P/T which is even easier to change modes, release two kip levers, lift planer table, swing extraction hood into position, connect extraction hose, start machine, (less than 1 minute).

I've a Hammer C3/41 which is OK but the combo fence is a compromise and pain being to long for ripping and too unsupported for the surfacer. Moulder is fine and the felder fences are a lot better than the Hammer.
