When you a dream of flooding in your homeland the natural thing to do is build an ark. Johan Huibers, a contractor in the Netherlands, had such a dream and did build an ark. It is 1/2 the length and 1/3 the width of the original built by Noah, even scaled down it is an impressive sight.

Joe Zeh retired from the high tech computer industry and started to build furniture, best of all he not only shares photos of his work, the plans for his creations are also available to be downloaded and opened in SketchUp.

Bruce Viney has a great collection of puzzles on his site most of them have instructions on how to make them, some are petty basic, others look a bit of a challenge.
