The 2 Dewalt 14.4v that i have had for 6 years gets my vote. Not sure about any newer models that have come out since. Have had one of its batteries go into meltdown when it was charging in its charger. After seeing that i never leave anything charging over night. Simon

I got this one so i can carry on working , the battery doesnt even last an hour ;D Just got of the phone to the insurance company and they are going to pay for a new one so i think i will go for Hilti again ...... unless anyone has a reason not to ?

I would go for Lion at 14V so that you have power but less weight. I like Festool as very well designed with easy click accesories but it is pricey. I have a makita which is doing the job very well.

That looks nice I have an old Hilti te10 drill and its gone on for years their stuff is so well made (probably blow up now ive said that ;D). I like the way they spot stolen stuff and inform the police shame all tool manufacturers don't do that.
