Many years ago I used to buy English Oak from a cabinetmaker turned timber merchant in a place near Honiton. I vaguely recall him being featured in Woodworker magazine at the time as he had a kiln with a heat pump. And now I can't remember who he is or whether he still exists, despite lots of Googling. Does it ring a bell with anyone?
