I'm looking for some cheap routers to attach permanently to some jigs. Does anyone know if this router has attachment holes in the base for table use? Failiing that how about this one?

Looking at the instruction manuals on the Screwfix site it looks as if the Erbauer has four screws holding the base plate. The diagram for the Titan is not so clear - I can't make out if it's 5 screws or rivets.
The other thing you could try is visiting the Screwfix trade counter at the Clifton Road Industrial Estate and (if they have them in stock) ask to have a look - you can also assess the quality of the two options.

Manuals on the web site, where are they then? Not the web site, the manuals.

If you look on the pages you've linked to you will see nearer the bottom of the page a section heading 'Download more info (pdf)' and just under that is the instruction manual link. (http://www.screwfix.com/sfd/i/cat/pdfs/01/p3724601.pdf and www.screwfix.com/sfd/i/cat/pdfs/61/p3421561.pdf) are the actual addresses. Hope this helps. MisterFish
