Need some knobs turned !

Are there any turners here, that have some time to turn some small knobs for me.
as my lathe is U/S for the time being and the replacement is in the UK, I have no facilities to make these Sad isn't it Embarassed

I have the timber ready for the lathe and I need 6, and if possible to get a spare out of the timber by judicious use of the timber I would appreciate the assistance.

Here is a rather poor pic of the required knob. It is 36mm Dia. and 54mm Long, though I think the stub tenon could be a wee bit shorter.
