I started these but Colin had to come over and save my skin as they have to be ready in the morning . And heres a vid of his opinion on the Clarke Lathe ;D Please be warned there is a small amount of swearing towards the end .

Yes I think I would have used much stronger language on the Clarke lathe. I still have the remains of mine under my bench and that is where it will stay.

Hi All My language was restrained because if I let it get to me there would have been a lathe and bench size hole in the side of JFC's workshop I was also very very happy that I had done the spindles at my workshop. I dont feel so bad about my old Elu now

maybe we can help jason turn that clarke (sorry ) into something useful for his little launch ;D mind you it might not be heavy enough to be an anchor nice work colin though what's that about a workman blaming his tools paul
