I thought as I had actually used the lathe recently for turning some knobs for the cutlery canteen that I would post my lathe on here. As you can see it is a Record DML 36 MKII and I also have a Record collet chuck which I think was the 4000 model although it has seen better days. I am in the market for a new chuck and was thinking of the Dakota scroll chuck which is on offer at the moment and also fits the Nova jaws. I don't do much turning but occasionally get some spindle work and knobs to do as recently. Has anyone got any info on this chuck or indeed own one?
