- Bread flour 500 grams - Fresh yeast 40 grams - Luke warm water 250ml - Sugar tbsp - Warm milk 125ml - Olive oil 5tbsp - Sun-dried olives chopped 100 grams - Coarse salt 1tbsp PREPERATION TIME – APPROX 10 mins. Serves 6-8 people METHOD: Put yeast in water and dissolve. Combine water, flour and sugar in bowl and knead until smooth (10 minutes) Place in oven preheated to 40°C. Leave to rise for 30 minutes. Remove and knead in milk, olive oil and olives. Dust with flour and leave to rise a further 40 to 55 minutes. Form two flat loaves and brush with hot water. Leave to rise 20 more minutes. Bake at 200°C until it sounds hollw when tapped (10 minutes) Sprinkle with salt.
