Can any member tell of a manufacture or suppler of bi-fold door fittings suitable for cabinet doors. Its for a pair of solid oak cabinet doors each being 585h x 430w x 25 thick.

isaac lord will certainly have the kit, and i seem to remember buying one from a shed not too long ago. having installed a couple of these sets before, not in oak doors but pine, they are a bit of a pita. actually the biggest problem is ensuring the users remember that the bloody thing is a bi fold, one set got busted within two weeks. in my experience which is not great, their biggest problem is that they drop and move around. and also the plunger at the top will often pop out, and then you use the spring paul

The shed & Isaac's ones are usually Hendersons or copies and they are a bit cheap & chearful for small cabinet doors.
Have a look at Hettich's range, the wingline 170 does not need runners so look neat.

agree with you jason, my concern after working with them is the movement that happens, they are very loose. paul
