Justine’s Quick Tiramisu
- Mascarpone 250 grams tub - Fresh cream - Whipped 250ml (1 cup) - Castor Sugar 60ml (1 cup) - Whiskey 60ml (1/4 cup) - Instant Coffer - prepared 150ml (3/4 cup) - Finger Biscuits - halved 20 - Grated Chocolate 30ml (2 tbsp)
PREPERATION TIME – APPROX 10 mins. Serves 4 people
METHOD:
1 Mix the mascarpone, whipped cream, castor sugar and half the whiskey until well combined, then set aside. 2 Mix the instant coffee and the remaining whiskey. Dip the finger biscuits into this mixture and arrange a layer in the bottom of each serving glass. Top with a layer of the cream mixture. Repeat to fill each serving glass, ending with a layer of the cream filling. 3 Sprinkle with grated chocolate. 4 Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with after any good meal.
