Um, this may be a daft idea, but why not just rout the top (any width bit) and allow for a bit's width excess at the bottom (which is then just trimmed off of the bottom of the stiles, with the door shunted up to fit?) Then unless using a bold grain/figure, would still have a good match, and the side cuts could just be bandsawn. Would just need to deal with squaring the door hole corners. Steve

You can try Kronospan but I don’t think they will supply the end user that is unless you want shed loads. But you can send for samples. One of many national distributors is Latham
