I need to look for a new spindle moulder. I would like to get another Wadkin EQ but would also like to use a window tooling set-up with this. Problem being the EQ don't have a slightly carriage as such so how does one use a window tooling set-up without a carriage?

I dont think you do but you can buy bolt on sliding carrages . The proper ones go for about the same as a second hand spindle but there is a smaller version that axminster do . Scrit gave one a good going over and he seems to think they would wear rather quick but will get you out of trouble .
