just a quickie, is this drawn correctly or will there be any pitfalls with this design?

Door frame much too thin i.e. the fixed bits the door hang on. You need some hefty pieces here - e.g. 4x5inch.

Yeah, sorry, that's frame the front without shwoing rebates. I did allow of 94x69mm sections here with 18mm rebates, may increase to 94X94mm

Last set of arched doors i did i had to put them on parliment hinges . I cant remember why

Depends if they shut flush or rebated. Careful you leave enough for the lock without running into the glazing rebate. (Like I did ) Some gears almost need a centre rail to cover the mech. Brian
