I've got one. She's a tool-collecting girl.
"Hey, that's my tack hammer I lost!"
"I've had it for years."
"I lost it years ago! - and those are my long-nose pliers!"
"you're fantasising. They're mine now..."
And so it goes on. And when things are 'borrowed' ("I'm just borrowing some clamps for my stall...") and discarded, why are they never put back?
Still, I get to use her scroll saw.

I actually replied to this over on 'the other side'. The other thing that has come to mind is that she's Canadian. But it is good to be reminded of some of the old Home and Leisure DIY shows.
