I'm after an adjustable groover for the spindle. Any recommendations - what are others using? Wealden do a 3 piece set 4mm - 15mm which looks about what I'm after. A shim type will do as dial ups seem more expensive.

I use a wobble saw, unbranded but looks like the Omas model. Was £50 from local saw doctor. Excellent bit of kit. 18 - 6mm slots

I use some from whitehill which are good. Looking at the wealden one it looks good value for money. To get that range of adjustment from whitehill would mean buying two blocks at nearly £400. Wobble saws are a good comprimise as well although i dont think you can beat the finish of an adjustable groover with scribing cutters.

I use the branded Hammer set, which I think is OMAS, with the additional chipper to take it out to 15mm, along with shims. I use it a lot and it works fine and is often on the Felder/Hammer Christmas sale list. Cheers Brian
