House renovation.
Looking for kiln dries Oak 4" newel posts . spindles. door frames. top rails 1.5 metes x 2 plus bottom rails x2

It depends if you are after sawn timber to do the job yourself or after just buying in the finished product. For sawn timber you could try Fitchett and Woolacott timber merchants in Nottingham (lenton lane ind est). Most joinery companys could run out what you need. For 4inch newel posts you will be better off having a laminated blank of 2 X 2inch timbers for stability and cost reasons rather than 4 inch timber.
