hi bloonose I have used the blum tip on runners. They have been around for about 12 months now. They are retrofitted to a standard full extension blum tandem runner. Im not sure of the exact amount that blum make as they were originally made to clear their stocks of non blummotion runners. what info were u after exacly and i will try and point you in the right direction

Cant find anything called salice at Hafele, though the salice website indicates they make "The PUSH-System is available in all versions of the Futura range - full and part extension - in lengths from 250 mm up to 600 mm". But don't show anything, I'll try email but so far had no responses from Hafele, or Issac Lord or Daro factors re buying this type of product.

In the book, it's around the section with the softclose pin type closers. Can't tell you the reference number as I don't have the book here with me.
