Got to get a very quick sample fo a beaded frame with brass hinged inset doors. What radius bead cutter for standard(ish) brass butt hinges to suit kitchen doors, 6.4mm, 4.8mm or 4mm. I dont have hinge to hand so can do it myself

Not sure what the hinge has to do with it but beaded frames normally have a standard parting bead detail on them so i would go for around 6-7mm , thats assuming you mean what size detail you need to put on the frame around the doors

Thanks Jason. What the client wants is the door hinge set into the barting bead. I was wondering the over-all width of a brass butt hinge so i could order a beading bit for the router.
Not to worry, they don't offer saturday delivery anyway
