fresh tomatoes with olive oil and pepper
pastrami
polish chilli gerkin's
quality camembert cheese
lemon tart or apple tart
Fresh pineapple, fresh melon (chilled)
greek (fage) yogurt

Adnam's broadside suffolk ale, or frome valley cider

Smoked aligator or kangeroo with new pots, followed by a six foot deep rum barbar....btw the first two on the menu are available online from smokeries and turned out to be delicious, aligator has the texture of chicken but with a fish taste and kang is a red meat with a flavour that you'll have to discover for yourselves, well worth it though
