Smoked aligator or kangeroo with new pots, followed by a six foot deep rum barbar....btw the first two on the menu are available online from smokeries and turned out to be delicious, aligator has the texture of chicken but with a fish taste and kang is a red meat with a flavour that you'll have to discover for yourselves, well worth it though
