Lazy pizza - buy a whatever pizza, put it in the oven.

Lazier pizza - get a takeaway delivered

Slightly less lazy pizza - buy a margerita pizza, throw away the pre-installed crappy rubber cheese, slice up some fresh mozzerella and add what-have-you toppings, put in oven.

Really good but effortful pizza - make the dough, tomato sauce, add toppings and put in oven.

Particularly like the advert for the Genuine Italian Pizza, which then in small print, tells you it's made in Holland.
