Looks fantastic, is the finish polished out? or is that from the gun?

Senior, what do you use to cut the finish with?

This looks very impressive. I'm wondering how the design evolved, did you design it yourself?

I really do like the design, where did the inspiration come from. Cheers Tony

Senior - very impressive, but I've been looking at it for the last 5 minutes and thinking why it doesn't 'gel' for me...and it's the handles. In an essentially linear piece (ie no curved parts in any way) the addition of a set of baroque drawer pulls is out of context in my view, something more simple would have been much better. I think that drawer pulls and handles are one of the most important parts of a project and all too often are added as an afterthought at the end of a job without giving a lot of attention to them...they are after all what the user touches, probably for the first time, when the piece is used. Understated, rather than the opposite works...no offense intended, personal view of the piece - Rob

Senior - not trade and that does explain it....'customer is always right' etc if he/she has a mis-skewed sense of what's looks right or wrong. I think that as one of the hobbiest brigade in our own little workshops we have got the luxury (said advisedly) of spending some extra time considering this sort of detail which is something that in a pressure driven pro workshop is a bit tricky...I spent about 18 months working as a maker a few years ago so fully appreciate the sort of pressures that you and others are under...still an eye catching piece though - Rob
