Well here is my latest creation, a shoe cabinet made in MDF. It will be painted white when complete. Still working on the garage doors too. ;D

Nice job Mailee. You'll need a good finish inside, damp shoes will kill the MDF otherwise.

Proper job. Just one question, please - what anchors the bottom edge of the tilting drawers? Are there pivoting pins in the sides or a piano hinge along the bottom or what?

Hi evergreen, Both drawers are hinged with two hinges on the bottom. I did think about using dowels on the sides but it would mean that the doors would have to be flush fitting, hence the hinges.

Nice idea , i normaly use two hanging rails angled down to make a shoe rack but then i only have two pairs of shoes. Work and funerals

Finished and delivered at last. Glad to say the customer was very happy with it too. Looks like more work in the future as well. ;D
