I mis heard the customer , i thought they said they wanted it to look Hulky but the said bulky ;D
On a serious note , because this lot say it machines better and paints up easier . So far on the machining they are right .

Are all the inside uprights hollow boxes made with the mitre lock cutter? Would never thought that, looks really efffective so far!

Yes every thing that would normally be end grain MDF has been mitre locked . It's not that much hassle once the cutter is set up . One thing i will say is if your going to use the mitre lock cutter wear gloves as the MDF is razor sharp

Yup ;D Colin nipped round to eat pizza and i was having a problem with the top . The problem ended up with one of the base units out of line so throwing the worktop out by about 4mm and the top by 10 mm . Had to take the whole thing apart to find out it was a thin crust meat feast box mashed up between the units ;D

Jason What paint are you using to finish this with and do you use one of the turbine jobbies to spray with? Do you not get problems with dust in the top coat

The dust isnt really a problem as my build area is under cover but outside so the air born dust isnt there like it would be in the workshop . Im using Steve Maskerys old HVLP that he sold to Roger and then i bought it from him so i think those two would know more about it . All i know is it works ;D The mitre lock cutter has been great for this sort of job . A few pics of the doors .

It took half a flipping day to get them right Bloody things ! I dont like the doors , they are to bland but it's in the spec . I think they should at least be shaker doors .
